Where we breathe and work
Breeze Technologie’s Headquarter is located in Hamburg, Germany. With about 1.8 Mio inhabitants it is the second biggest city in the country; allowing us to test out our technology in completely different environments, such as the harbour, city area and industrial sites. Hamburg has a cosmopolitan spirit, rich culture and beautiful nature. Learn more.
Our offices are part of the Startup Port in Harburg, located in the South of Hamburg. The building offers space for several startups and the atmosphere reinforces the exchange of people from different startups and growth stages.
We also enjoy the in-house table tennis, outdoor areas and lots of free coffee, a close buy connection to various lunch places, and public transportation, along with the possibility to talk a walk along the Harbour during breaks.

We are looking for Erasmus interns for our growing team, supporting us in a number of positions in various departments. You will be generally be based in Hamburg, Germany but remote options can be discussed. Breeze Technologies offers you the possibility to experience the agile and fast-paced working environment of a startup company. You will have your own projects and responsibilities from day one and work closely with the rest of our team.

How do I apply?
As a first step towards becoming part of our team, we welcome your complete application sent to us via email. For us ‘complete’ means, your email should include a cover letter, your CV and work samples (the latter, if possible). Never forget: Please mention for which exact position you want to apply for or state if you are sending us a speculative application.
If you do not have a CV yet, the Europass CV is one of the best-known CV formats in Europe. It is easy-to-use and familiar to employers and education institutions.
As we read every application thoroughly, your cover letter is equally as important as your CV. Introduce yourself and your professional achievements, explain why you want to become part of our team. Tip: Present your expectations towards us: What do you want to learn at Breeze Technologies? In what area will you be able to wield your existing skills to push our startup to the next level? Why is it important to support our mission in comparison to one of any other team in the startup-universe out there?
Note: A professional application is sent in PDF Format via email; it can further be saved in a drive storage or portfolio website.
After sparking our interest with your cover letter, we will contact you to schedule an initial interview with you. This will usually happen in a week or two after you send us your application. The interview will be online or by phone with one of our managers from your professional field and will focus on your fit with the elements required for the position you had applied for. To prepare, you can focus on the following areas:
- Practice to present yourself in a concise manner.
- Do some research to get to know us. Our website and blog are rich sources of information at your disposal.
- Be prepared to be challenged! Maybe we will ask you some unusual questions to find out more about your personality or outlook on things.
- Reflect: What were your recent tasks and responsibilities in former jobs? What went well? What did not? How would you have changed your strategy in retrospective?
- Ask questions: This is the time to learn more about your future team and responsibilities. You can challenge us as well.
Depending on the type of employment, we will go through different steps of the selection process with you.
- Your first interview will be with a manager from your field of work. We want to get to know you better and check your technical fit with the position. A good idea: Check our LinkedIn profile beforehand.
- Based on the interview, we will assign you some homework. While this is usually a small task, it resembles a part of your future responsibilities and gives us a better picture of how you work, what is your level of skills and how you present your results.
- Based on the first interview and your homework results, we will invite you for a second interview with at least two managers. You will have the opportunity to present your homework results, ask as all questions that you want to know more about and have a chat with us.
