Ultra-early wildfire detection within 5 minutes of ignition – to protect people and the planet.

Detecting wildfires based on emission patterns

Breeze Technologies leverages the latest developments in artificial intelligence technologies to detect wildfire emission patters in real-time and alert local stakeholders about confirmed ignitions. The smart algorithms can differentiate wildfire emissions from other sources, such as industry and traffic.

  • Ultra early wildfire detection

Detect wildfires within 5 to 15 minutes of ignition, depending on sensor network density.

  • Lowest possible infrastructure requirements

Only needs wildfire sensors to be deployed every 2 to 5 kilometers (1 to 3 miles), depending on topography and your detection needs.

  • Environmental sensing dual use

Optionally, turn the wildfire sensors closest to human population into environmental sensors collecting calibrated data on air quality, noise and city climate.

Turn your existing air quality monitoring network into a wildfire detector

If you have already deployed air quality sensors close to your forests, simply tap into their data stream to detect wildfire emission patterns in real-time.

Supported by institutional partners, proven in labs and projects

The solution has been developed with support from the US Department of Homeland Security S&T.

In our projects, Breeze Technologies was able to detect wildfires up to 60 kilometers away. The average time-to-detection for fire ignitions in the closer proximity is less than 5 minutes. Even illegal campfires can be detected with appropriate settings.
