Breeze Technologies lieferte eine L\u00f6sung zur Erfassung lokaler Luftqualit\u00e4tsdaten, die sowohl kosteneffizient als auch einfach zu installieren und zu bedienen war. Im Verlauf des Projekts konnten wir \u00e4u\u00dferst interessante Datens\u00e4tze erfassen, die zweifellos zu weiteren Analysen anregen.\u201c<\/em> \u2013 <strong>Yuta Inami<\/strong>, Abteilung f\u00fcr Marktforschung &amp; Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROJEKTKONTEXT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das Gebiet um den Bahnhof Osaka ist der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Verkehrsknotenpunkt Westjapans und beherbergt ein umfassendes \u00f6ffentliches Verkehrsnetz. Als Herzst\u00fcck Osakas stand dieses Areal in den letzten Jahren im Mittelpunkt zahlreicher Entwicklungsprojekte.<\/p>\n<p>Zu diesen z\u00e4hlt das Entwicklungsgebiet Umekita n\u00f6rdlich des Bahnhofs Osaka; es umfasst rund 24 Hektar und gilt als die letzte noch verf\u00fcgbare erstklassige Standortlage in Osaka. Unter optimaler Nutzung dieser hervorragenden Lage entsteht dort derzeit eine Reihe gro\u00dfer B\u00fcrot\u00fcrme, die durch weitl\u00e4ufige Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen miteinander verbunden sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROJEKTZIEL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es lag im Interesse von MELCO, hochlokale Luftqualit\u00e4tsdaten aus dem Umfeld des Osaker Stadtzentrums zu erheben &#8211; einem Gebiet, in dem derzeit diverse Entwicklungsprojekte (einschlie\u00dflich des Umekita-Projekts) geplant sind. Ziel war es, die lokale Luftqualit\u00e4t sowohl allgemein als auch im Kontext anderer Datens\u00e4tze zu analysieren, die im Rahmen der Smart-City-Initiativen von MELCO generiert wurden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROJEKTERGEBNISSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Generell lagen die lokalen Luftqualit\u00e4tswerte deutlich innerhalb der von den japanischen Richtlinien f\u00fcr Luftqualit\u00e4t festgelegten Grenzwerte. Dennoch wurden w\u00e4hrend des \u00dcberwachungszeitraums mehrere signifikante Ver\u00e4nderungen der Luftqualit\u00e4t festgestellt, die zu weiterf\u00fchrenden Analysen anregen.
